After our middle school wind ensembles, we tested an amazing performance in the first year of Oumae Kumiko, their results in their second year felt insolent throughout the club. They intend to achieve a gold medal in national competition, but their participation ends with what is known as “useless gold” in the Kansai Competition: Gold Medal that is not included to advance to national competition. With the end of the cycle, senior retirement synumbers, and new leadership took over; Kumiko, soon became a senior, was appointed as the president of the new club. Now it’s up to him, under the guidance of their teacher Taki Noboru, we tested his shoulder to Nationals once again and helped the band reach the gold medal they had aimed.
