The city academy is divided into their own district and is considered mostly independent.

The General Student Council acts as the Government Council to manage the academy as a whole. However, the group’s ability to govern has stopped since the mysterious loss of the President of the General Student Council. Countless problems have begun to emerge throughout Kivotos without the president’s leadership.

To avoid disasters, the General Student Council asks for help from the federal investigation club, or known as Schale. In fact, Schale is the latest city club and the last is approved before the disappearance of the president.

To complete his task, Schale depends on the guidance of Sensei which can help them complete the incident around Kivotos.
